From Louisville (I-71).
Take I-71 North into Oldham County.
Take the La Grange Exit (#22). This is Highway 53.
Turn LEFT and drive north towards downtown La Grange on HIghway 53.
Continue on Highway 53 through town (over the railroad tracks and past the Courthouse), past the two mobile home parks and the Circle K convenience store.
Continue North on Highway 53 (You will go up a slight grade. The road will vere to the left at the top of the hill.)
Just past the Old Sligo Road intersection on the right (you will see the sign for Espirit) and the house with the pink and purple trim. Contnue on HIghway 53.
On the left side of Highway 53 you will see a grove of pine trees. We are located just past those trees. Our mailbox post has a cat silhouettes on each side.
From PeWee Valley and Crestwood (I-71 or Highway 146).
Via I-71
Please follow the above directions for Louisville.
Via Highway 146.
Take Highway 146 North into La Grange. Highway 146 intersects Highway 53 in La Grange, at the Courthouse.
TURN LEFT (North) on HIghway 53. Continue on Highway 53 past the two mobile home parks and the Circle K convenience store.
Continue North on Highway 53 (You will go up a slight grade. The road will vere to the left at the top of the hill.)

Via US Route 42 South into Oldham County.
Take US 42 South into Oldham County towards La Grange. US 42 intersects Highway 53 North of La Grange.
TURN LEFT (South) on HIghway 53. Just before the Old Sligo Road intersection you wil l see our Clinic, with its large sign out front (our mailbox post also has a cat silhouette on each side) approximately one mile from US 42.
From Eminence and Henry County [I-71, Old Sligo Road (Highway 3223), Highway 146 or Highway 53].
Via I-71 South into Oldham County.
Take the La Grange Exit (#22). This is Highway 53.
Turn RIGHT and drive north towards downtown La Grange on HIghway 53. Follow the below directions from downtown La Grange.
Via Old Sligo Road (Highway 3223) South into Oldham County. (Ex Bedford)
From the Bedford area take US Route 42 South and turn LEFT onto Old Sligo Road (Highway 3223). This is the route to Espirit.
Continue on Old Sligo Road past Espirit unti it ends at Highway 53.
Turn RIGHT onto Highway 53. The Hospital is located on West side Highway 53 (on the other side of Highway 53 from Old Sligo Rd) just down from the Old Sligo Road junction (one block?).
On the left side of Highway 53 you will see a grove of pine trees. We are located just past those trees. Our mailbox post has a cat silhouette on each side.
Via Highway 22 South to Highway 53 West into Oldham County. (From the Eminence and New Castle areas)
From the New Castle area, you can take either I-71 South to the La Grange Exit or take Highway 22 South to Highway 53 at Ballardsville. Turn RIGHT (WEST) on Highway 53.
From Eminence, take Highway 53 West through Ballardsville.
Continue on Highway 53 into the outskirts of La Grange, past the Kroger store and over I-71. Continue towards downtown La Grange on HIghway 53. Follow the below directions from downtown La Grange.
Via Highway 146 South into Oldham County. (From the New Castle or Pendleton areas)
From New Castle, drive to Pendleton and either take I-71 South to the La Grange Exit (#22) or continue South on Highway 146 into La Grange. Both will take you to Highway 53. Follow the below directions from downtown La Grange.
In Downtown La Grange.
