Only the species most commonly found in the midwestern states are covered in this database. Common house plants are also included as opportunities arise. Do not hesitate to contact your veterinarian if you believe your pet has ingested any of the listed plants. Time is critical in any poisoning situation. Some plants not listed can cause gastric damage and allergic problems for pets.
